Same workflow. Different work in.
BatchBrief is not tied to one profession — any list of repetitive items that needs to be split across people fits the same batch → assign → private list model.

How it works
Three steps from a shared batch to individual private lists — for sales, ops, recruiting, customer success, and any team dividing repetitive work.
- 01
Paste a batch
One item per line — hundreds of rows in seconds.
- 02
Split across the team
Round-robin, assign to one person, or leave unassigned.
- 03
Private lists go out
Each assignee sees only their rows. You see everything.
Built for privacy. Built for scale.
Why teams choose BatchBrief over a spreadsheet or Trello when dividing batch work.
Spreadsheets expose every row. Trello scales poorly across hundreds of items. BatchBrief is purpose-built for batch assignment with per-row privacy.

Each assignee logs in and sees only the rows assigned to them — not the full batch, not other people's items. The assigner (that's you) always sees everything. There are no workarounds; the filtering happens server-side.
Yes. Pro is one flat price per workspace — $29/month billed monthly, or $290/year billed annually (about $24.17/month). Add a few people or a large team; there are no per-seat fees. The Free plan is capped at 3 receivers and 20 active items.
Free is capped at 3 receivers and 20 active items. Completed items still count toward the 20 until you delete them. You can keep using BatchBrief at that size. When you need more capacity, upgrade to Pro — existing people and items are not deleted.
Assigners can export workspace data as CSV from the dashboard and Settings, including on Free. Export is not a Pro-only unlock.
