BatchBrief

Use case

Split inbound leads across a sales team

Inbound leads arrive as one list. You still need each salesperson to work their own accounts without seeing everyone else's pipeline. BatchBrief keeps the batch in one workspace: assign the rows, and each rep only sees their list.

Who it is for. Sales managers who assign inbound leads to a small team

The usual problem. The master lead sheet is either overshared, or each rep keeps a private copy that drifts out of date.

Workflow

  1. Paste the inbound lead names or accounts into one batch, one per line.
  2. Assign evenly across the team, or send a slice to one rep.
  3. Each rep opens My List and works only their rows.
  4. The manager watches All Items for status and reassigns stalled leads.

Example batch

  • Lead: Jordan Lee — Acme Co.
  • Lead: Priya Shah — Northwind Labs
  • Lead: Mateo Ruiz — Harbor Freight IT
  • Account review: Stripe renewal
  • Inbound: pricing question — Contoso

Why this works

  • Reps cannot accidentally browse the rest of the pipeline.
  • The manager does not maintain a separate sheet per person.
  • Unassigned leftovers stay visible until you place them.
